About Signing of Letter of Acknowledgment (Anti-Bribery and Corruption) Requested by Client
When the client is asking SW Project Consulting (SWPC) to sign Letter of Acknowledgment for Anti-Bribery and Corruption to attend training organized by SWPC or engaged with advisory and consulting activities, the response is at below.
- SWPC will sign this document provided that no legal and court proceeding clauses and indemnity claims in the letter of acknowledgement.
- SWPC will sign the document with the following exclusion if the client has the HRDC Training Grant:
- The client is arranging in-house or public training with HRDC Grant
- Kindly be informed that SW Project Consulting Sdn Bhd is a training provider to provide one-off training to the public
- SWPC is an indirect supplier to the client. It will not gain any benefits from the client
- There are no tender or any direct business transactions with the client except future engagement on consulting activities and advisory roles.
- SWPC will sign with exclusion clause in the letter of acknowledgment.
- SWPC will sign the document with the following exclusion if the client pays direct to SWPC:
- The client is arranging training or advisory or consulting activities with SWPC and SWPC received direct payment
- Kindly be informed that SW Project Consulting Sdn Bhd is a direct supplier with the client.
- SWPC will sign the document with mutual agreed exclusion clauses.
- The Letter of Acknowledgment will be in-forced until the engagement completion.
