Non-Disclosure Agreement - Confidential Information
When the client is asking SW Project Consulting (SWPC) to sign non-disclosure agreement - Confidential Information to attend public training organized by SWPC, the response is at below.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement from the client will not be signed due to this is public training. SWPC cannot guarantee how other participants to interpret the training contents. The training will not offer to the client.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement from the client to be signed with additional exclusion clauses and disclaimer from SWPC to protect the rights of SWPC as being entered into an agreement with fair treatment.
- If mutual agreement is reached between client and SWPC, the training will be conducted.
- If no mutual agreement is reached between client and SWPC, the training will not offer to the client.
