Non-Disclosure Agreement - In-house Training, Consulting Service and Advisory
When the client is asking SW Project Consulting (SWPC) to sign non-disclosure agreement - Confidential Information, Personal Information and Privacy to attend in-house training organized by SWPC, or engaging SWPC to undertake consulting service and advisory, the response is at below.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement from the client to be signed with additional exclusion clauses and disclaimer from SWPC to protect the rights of SWPC as being entered into an agreement with fair treatment.
- If mutual agreement is reached between client and SWPC, the in-house training, consulting service and advisory will be conducted.
- If no mutual agreement is reached between client and SWPC, the in-house training, consulting service and advisory will not offer to the client.
